Yep, I think it was Charlene quoted "What do you mean you don't know how to meditate? instead of meditating on what to worry about, meditate on what not to worry about" Equally if instead of thinking about the little things that go wrong in our daily lives, we spent more time enjoying the majesty and abundance which surrounds as, we would be even more fulfilled and satisfied - not less! Laters... Q
