I first thought that you must have done some trick in Photoshop to get that "double moon (or triple)" - until I realised that there was a lamp post hiding in front of the tree! Snow and all - nice.
Interesting. I thought it was the sun and street lamps. So is it the moon or sun and is that rain or snow? Makes a beautiful picture.
Runee: That's why I liked this shot. It was tricky; D
The pinkish light sets it off. Good set up.
Andrea: It's actually two streetlamps (one with two lamps)and very wet, huge globs of snow drops.
Tom: Thanks. The evening was kind of magical.
I couldn't quite figure it out at first... the comments helped. You captured something "mystical" in the norm. Love it! ~K
You captured not only the scene, but the ambiance as well. Lovely.
That hour just before dark. And it's snowing. I can smell it. Hope we didn't do too much stupid things today. The night is going to be beautiful.
Conservachick: I like this shot because of its vagueness.
Quilly: I wanted it to go on longer, but alas it didn't last.
Ariel: I watched as long as it went on.
I thought this was a pastel drawing at first! This is great.
Sandy: Now that you say so, I see what you mean. Thanks; )
Hi,Nessa,
That is really beautiful.
Angie: Thank you so much.
Messa, don't you find that when you're watching those things happening, the dark coming, the sun rising, the wind blowing, and you're watching for long enough, you get THIS close to understand something, although you know that even if you understand it, you'll never be able to put it in words anyway?
Ariel: You have put it so perfectly. I was going to go out last night and bask in the huge full moon, but it was just too damn cold.
